Would just like a refund, this book looks like its been beat up.Not fit to be a gift. Did not expect for this inconvenience Phone number you give is not recognised.

My book, is incomplete. You have missed out message on the spine. Also the phone number for yourselves is an incorrect no. This was a birthday gift.. it is not how I expected to receive it. The corner of the book is also damaged. Not happy face.

The phone case I ordered was a split 50/50 photo of myself and wife at bottom with a lovely photo of my late daughter who we lost 3 years ago the case turned up our photo at bottom approx 4 inches my daughters photo was approx 1 1/2 inches totally printed out of true shows her jaw no face head or hair , if it was printed as I presented it it would have been perfect as it is its shocking , it was ordered as a Xmas present to double up as a memory of my daughter every time my wife used her phone it looks like shes been guillotined right across her face

I purchased a credit from photo box to create an album as a christmas present. The offer stated the credit would be applied at checkout.

No credit was applied and I had no choice but to pay the full price of the album if I wanted it in time for christmas. I tried to contact customer service and found this is a bot that sends you round and round in frustrating circles and does not put you in touch with anyone, despite claiming it will. I then searched for contact details and emailed the supposed customer service email three times. No response.

I tried to phone many times but the number they provide is not recognised. I have now written to them by recorded delivery and am not holding ny breath for a response. Since the new CEO Dean Mucha took over, the service in terms of customers has declined sharply. I have bought many albums from Photobox in the past but will never do so again.

A cursory glance online shows growing number of complaints bout them and with so many other good options available they had best watch out as unhappy. customers vote with their feet.

The contact details for Photobox posted on 'pissedconsumer' are wrong. The number comes back as unrecognised and the email is a generic one, not customer service. Please update them and do not provide wrong details to consumers who want to get in touch with this company.

Fear about non-delivery and possible double billing

The standard service is poor - the phone number doesn't work from outside the UK, even when I use a UK mobile. There is no email service that generates a human response, and the chat facility's responses are not flexible enough to be useful.

My problem was a simple one - I am flying to the UK to attend the funeral of a friend, and have made a memorial photobook for her grieving husband.

The hotel where I will stay has agreed to receive the book for me, so I used the optional extra address line on their form (for a business name) when instructing Photobox to send to their building. They sent their confirmation email without using that line - which meant that the courier could not know which place on the street to deliver to.

They do not allow you to change an order- you have to cancel and start again, which is scary. When I could not phone or get an email reply, even after they received your Pissed message, I had to take a chance and send again with a repeat of my card details. I was very worried they would charge me twice.

It looks as though they have not - but it has been a worrying and unsatisfactory experience. I will not know if they meet their deadlines, until I arrive in England on February 15th...

I order a photo print and 3 photobooks in early Dec 23. The photo print arrived but still no sign of the photobooks by Jan 15th. I've made repeated attempts to contact support via the chat bot, email and phone numbers. I got a single email reply to one email I sent after about a week telling me to wait - no other information. Their package tracking system doesn't work, it just brings you to an error page. I order photo books from this company every year but I won't be doing it again, absolutely terrible customer service. I'm also requesting a charge back with my bank to get my money back.

It is the worst service I have ever dealt with. I literally paid for an empty cardboard parcel to me sent to me. It is impossible to make contact with anyone in Photobox. To every email I sent I only ever received an email giving me a ticket number. There was no explanation to what that number meant.
